TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team has earned Special Mention distinctions from the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) in the organization's 2022-23 Division I Academic Honor Roll.
With a cumulative team GPA of 3.556, the Rockets rank 28th among all Division I women's basketball programs. The Rockets posted a 3.492 team GPA during the 2023 spring semester, the 25th straight semester they have achieved a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Nine student-athletes earned Honor Roll distinctions during the spring semester with 3.0 GPAs or higher and Yaniah Curry, Ella Doherty, Nan Garcia, Jayda Jansen, Sammi Mikonowicz, and Bella Swedlund were all named to the President's List with perfect 4.
