Ravens' Lamar Jackson Says He's Lost 25 Pounds Since 2022 Season, Down to 205

Lamar Jackson is already seemingly impossible to catch in the open field for defensive players.

And now he's significantly lighter than he used to be not long ago.

"I was 230 [pounds] two years ago," the Baltimore Ravens quarterback said during an "I Got Time Today" segment from Complex Sports on Instagram on Tuesday (h/t Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk). "I was 215 last season, but now I'm like 205."

Jackson is listed at 215 pounds on the Ravens' website.

The Louisville product won the second MVP of his career last season by completing 67.
