Ahead of the series finale against the Royals, Milwaukee activated outfielder Christian Yelich from the 10-day injured list.
Yelich is one of the backbones of this Brewers lineup, so his return is a welcome sight. In just eleven games, Yelich was one of the hottest hitters on the team early this season. His .333 batting average and five home runs contributed to his hot start. In this short sample, he had a pull-heavy approach and was more aggressive in the zone, which helped lead to the early power surge.
The corresponding move was to option infielder Tyler Black to Triple-A Nashville.
