DURHAM – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) announced the 2024 Midseason Stopper of the Year Watch List on Wednesday afternoon and Duke right-hander was one of 59 relief pitchers recognized.
Beilenson, a six-foot righty from Los Angeles, Calif., has worked 39.1 innings on the year and posted a 5-2 record on the mound. He is holding opponents to a .189 batting average against and punched out 57 batters to just 12 walks. Beilenson was named the ACC Pitcher of the Week, following a 2-0 record on the mound with his ninth save of the season across 6.
